Great to have been recognised by Costar for our letting of Units 1 & 2, San Court, Rusholme. During lockdown we completed c.7,137sq/ft of F&B lettings at the scheme on behalf of our client Eamar Developments UK LTD.  We have another 880sq/ft under offer and one final unit being brought to the market later this month. We have also been retained as property managers.

Iceburg Manchester have recently opened in Units 1 & 2, and fit out is underway elsewhere in the scheme.
