Recently completed a deal on Units 3 & 4 Victory Park Industrial Estate Failsworth,  a roadside industrial unit of 5,441 sq.ft.

The premises were sold to a private investor with an occupational lease of 10 years from 2019 with a headline rent of £32,240 per annum.
