Impey & Company has launched its own commercial property auction department to offer sellers a new way to sell their properties.
The RICS-regulated company specialises in both selling and letting industrial, office and retail premises in the north west, with a proven reputation for achieving the best possible results.
The expansion of its services comes after more than 40 years as Stockport’s leading independent property company and allows Impey & Company to offer a fully flexible sales package, giving clients the choice of multiple sales routes.

Clients can choose to sell their properties in a live-streamed Auction Event conducted by an auctioneer or in a Timed Auction starting any day of the year, with round-the-clock internet bidding. Either way, the process is transparent, certain and fast, with completion taking 20-40 business days.
Among the first Impey lots which will be sold by Timed Auction are two adjoining vacant retail properties in Stockport town centre.
