Preliminary Announcement – Stockport Pyramid
Impey & Company are delighted to have been instructed to market the Pyramid to let on behalf of Eamar Developments.
One of Stockport’s most recognisable buildings, the Pyramid was home to the Co-operative Bank since 1995.
The Pyramid comprises 86,000 sq.ft. of office accommodation over five floors with 426 on site car parking spaces, whilst the entire site comprises 4.5 acres.

The Stockport Pyramid is something most people drive past on the M60 motorway every day driving to and from Manchester. It’s huge iconic pyramid shaped design in blue makes it an appealing landmark in Stockport and has an interesting history .
“Why a pyramid shape” – well that’s because the Co-operative Group wanted a theme called “Valley of the Kings”, so with such an Egyptian theme in mind, the building was designed in the shape of a pyramid.
